Fresh A. Sinclair Jam

I’m really happy about all the success that’s been coming to A. Sinclair, as there are few bands who deserve the accolades more. The band just dropped this brand new tune for their label Dangerbird, which is part of the label’s monthly Microdose Series. Pressing play, you’ll hear a throbbing bass line, and a lot of great guitar work…sharp little stabs, notes ringing out in the distance. It’s honestly one of my favorite songs I’ve heard the group record, which says a lot, considering how long they’ve been at it (in some form or another). Need a good hit? Here you go friends.

Sparkling Indiepop from Palms on Fire

coverI love Sunday afternoons when the weather is perfect outside and you’ve got great indiepop to play loud on your speakers, like with this new tune from Palms on Fire.   They’ve recently released their Cars EP, which should have some sort of release via Dufflecoat Records, but you can get it now for the NYP option.  The title track is pretty delightful, offering this great bass line with a cool little female coo operating on top of the tune throughout.  It doesn’t get much better when the horns make their way into the track either.  You want something to make you feel good? Then spend your time with this tune below.
