The ATH family is always proud when we see one of our favorite Austin artists earning some praise and recognition outside of town. Local A. Sinclair has begun to grow outside of our little city in such a way and we couldn’t be more proud of the very deserving dude. Just last month he released a new track as part of a new single series by Dangerbird Records called Microdose. Today he has another single for the series entitled “Just Remind Me”. We hope you’ll check it out below and enjoy yet another jam from one of our favorite locals.

Man Dangerbird Records is easily one of our favorite indie labels here in the good ‘ol USA. They’ve got old favorites like The Dears, newbies like Slothrust, and even some solid locals like A. Sinclair and Ume. They kill it. As they continue their hit parade, the label just sent over this killer new track called “Crooked Heart”from Danny Noguieras’ new project No Win. The single is part of a new monthly single release series from Dangerbird called MICRODOSE. Each month the label will release an A-side/B-side single with a live release show in L.A.

People Flavor Join Dangerbird’s Microdose

Microdose is a singles series from Dangerbird Records, which also features live performances; this month they’re offering up this tasty morsel from Cali’s People Flavor. It definitely has some chords that allude to the California surf, with sharp chords stabbing, though I can also hear bits of one of my favorites, Pretty Nice. This number has a little more swing, coming together in a huge wash of pop during the chorus. The band will perform on February 16th in LA, and perhaps its time I look to getting something similar started in our own fair city…and you can do the same in yours!
