L.A. based songwriter Ryan Moore and his project known as Quiet the Pilot caught my ear towards the beginning of this month and I’ve been enjoying him ever since. Today he’s peaked my interest again with this new track called “Stan the Man”. I’m reminded immediately of my late 90s/early 2000s indie emo bands like The Promise Ring as the song sort of meanders here and there in a most chilled out way. I suggest you check it out now.

Nice New Track From Quiet the Pilot

I’ll kick things off today with this memorable new tune from L.A. based songwriter Ryan Moore and his project known as Quiet the Pilot. The track is called “Stick Around Some” and reminds of Built to Spill or Modest Mouse if they were stripped down to only an acoustic. Check out his other music on soundcloud and you might even be reminded of Iron & Wine or other famous singer songwriters. I’ve played this one 5 times already today. When I have more information on this project, I’ll send it your way.
