Emo’s is the place to be on your Wednesday night of music in Austin with another set by Hotlanta band Manchester Orchestra.  Be prepared for 3 openers prior to the headliners with music from The Features, Chris Staples, and O’Brother.  That lineup is definitely worth the ticket price.

Man, a show by Athens, GA band The Whigs on the indoor stage at Emo’s sounds like one hell of a loud and awesome rock show.  Fellow rockers The Features and A Giant Dog will also be getting down on the inside stage.  This is surely a show  you won’t want to miss.

New Music From The Features

Some Kind of Salvation

Nashville gents The Features are streaming 3 new songs from their upcoming release Some Kind of Salvation on their myspace page. The album still doesn’t have an official release date so who knows when you will be able to put these songs on the ‘ol ipod. We’ll keep you updated.
