Indie hit makers Azure Ray are stopping in Austin at the Mohawk Sunday night and we think you should stop by.  Joining them on the stage are crazy hip/hop songwriter Tim Fite and Nik Freitas.  For those who don’t have to work Monday, you should definitely be at this show!

Free Album From Tim Fite

Tim Fite is an artist whose music has been labeled as quirky, all over the place, and even sometimes offensive.  The guy also loves creating his tunes and then giving them away for free to the masses.  His latest free album, Under the Table Tennis, somehow fits into all those categories while still being oddly catchy.  You can of course download this new 14 track album, featuring silly/weirdly memorable tune “WYNPM”, for free on the man’s website.

Anti Records Sampler

Anti Records is doing there part to remind you about some of their better releases of the year by giving away a free end of the year sampler.  The sampler features pretty solid stuff from Islands, Devotchka, Billy Bragg and a bunch of other great artists.  You can read the entire track listing on the Anti Records website or download the whole thing from their blog.  Here’s a standout track from the sampler called “Big Mistake” by Tim Fite.
