New Track from David Brewis as School Language

As a long time fan of the work of Field Music, I’ve always enjoyed the various projects the group’s members have participated in throughout their breaks; it doesn’t hurt that they’re usually good too!  This number from David Brewis under his School Language moniker has this stuttering feeling, which steps in line with his main band’s approach to layering guitar parts atop one another in a similar fashion.  But, it also reminds of an odd blend between art rock and dance pop, so that should provide interest levels for some folks.  The new record, Old Fears, will be released on April 8th via Memphis Industries.
