The S-ft F-cus Release Lousy w’ Love

I’m a bit behind on getting to this S-ft F-cus EP, Lousy w’ Love, but felt like it was the perfect way to get us all into tuneage on this Monday. The Miami based project, helmed by Aussie Danny Lee Allen certainly has a penchant for crafting lo-fidelity guitar pop gems, as you can see by the track hanging out below. At times, you’re like, yeah, sure, Bob Pollard influences. But, then there are these more intricate little melodic guitar moments lurking in and out of the tune, bending strings around harmonic notes that build into this dreamy soundscape buried in the wash of noise.
