Tomorrow we’ll all get a chance to get our hands on the newest release from Hardly Art, We Are Loud Whispers. The project of the duo, spread across Tokyo and Seattle was done via Internet, but don’t start to think that it will resemble that other mail service group. Sure, there are some electronic touches throughout the record, Suchness, but this new single demonstrates just how careful the two are at crafting their songs. This tune almost seems to quiet, but the underbelly of pop consistently rears its head, making the perfect listen for a quiet Monday afternoon.
