New Music From Pillars & Tongues

As I push play on this new track “Knifelike” from Chicago based group Pillars and Tongues, I immediately find myself put into an almost trance like state as I bob my head to the beat.  It almost reminds me of something you might hear from fellow indie band A Lull with the repetitive, yet catchy heavy drums going on throughout the song.  What seals the deal for me are the soft and smooth vocals over the beat provided by singer Mark Trecka.  All together a beautiful song.
