New Music From The Villas
I was pretty pumped a few days ago when Austin band The Villas sent me their recently completed new EP Century of Tries. Â They caught my attention just about a year ago with their excellent tune “Spyglass” and I’ve been waiting to hear news of new music ever since. Â Well here’s a taste of that new music with this brand new song ready for the radio “Century of Tries”. Â As previously mentioned, this band have a great post-punk/power pop sound that is a major untapped market in Austin. Â If you dig this on, check out the band’s new EP streaming for free over on soundcloud. Â These guys are sure to be making waves in this town soon enough.
