This is fine.
This show was completely unexpected. I knew Angel Olsen had gotten some rave reviews, but I did not expect this show to sell out by any means. Luckily, those who were interested in Ms. O also came out to catch the openers, including our local favorite, Jess Williamson. Like most shows I’ve attended as of late, I was pretty familiar with the acts playing. But, that being said, I hadn’t caught a set from Cate Le Bon in several years, so I was interested in the performance, as I feel that she’s had a small transformation, in both sound and appearance.
