S.L. Houser Shares Dotted Line Single
I first feel in love with S.L. Houser when she was the lead songwriter in Austin’s Lowin back in the days; I think everyone loved the bands blend of great guitar licks and pop tendencies. As of late, she’s been spending her time holed up working on the forthcoming Hibiscus EP. For my two cents, the way the song’s have been crafted illustrate her grasp on the songwriting, offering tons of empty space, with each spot filled in meticulously, adding maximal emotion. Whether you find the back and forth sway of the bass intoxicating or the twinkling synths that guide us through that cavernous space, you can’t help but notice the fine detailing. We can expect that new EP to drop this fall via Spaceflight Records.
