The BVs Cover The Luxembourg Signal for KUS Compilation
Over the years, we’ve covered tons of great labels, and we’ve been fortunate to have been on the sidelines cheering on Kleine Untergrund Schallplatten. They’re celebrating 10 years, and with that they’re releasing Stadtbibliothek, which translates to City Library. They’ve invited their friends and bands from the label to cover their favorites, and this tune by the BVs is pretty special, considering we love both bands at play here. I adore the way the vocals seem to embrace the original performance, albeit one with a bit more wanderlust, while the bass is still a driving force of nature, all of it leaving plenty of room for the guitar to knife through the far-off background.
