If you’re into anxiety-inducing punk rock, you’re going to love Austin’s Cormae and their brand new single. The tune screams out of control from the get-go, whether that’s from the sharpened guitar cuts or the continuous roll of the rhythm section, all of it forcing you to catch your breath as you soak up their fervent blasts. Still, even with such a whirlwind of fury and hooks, they double-down, with these monosyllabic vocal “las” to take up some of the pop space the group endlessly aim to create for their listeners.
