Show Pics: Free Week 2016 Pt. 2

I decided for the next evening of Free Week silliness, I would start at The Mohawk and make my way to Sidewinder. Free Week venues where met with capacity attendance and lines waiting for one-in-one-out to give access.

So, I will say this here – HEY AUSTIN, SPEND $5-10 AND YOU CAN DO THIS EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK!

Bands I caught this time around – A. Sinclair, Ben Ballinger, Sweet Spirit, Abram Shook, Stiletto Heels, Knifight, Orthy and Sounds Del Mar. Click through for shens.

I was selfish, one camera, one manual focus 40mm lens. It is harder to shoot, but so much more fun.

Sorry I didn’t snap pics of Stiletto Heels. Got distracted by friends and boom, their set was over, but it was cool. #ATXhiphop A. Sinclair is getting tight. Ben Ballinger is the alt-country-blues Austin deserves. Sweet Spirit has a hit or two looming out there. Abram Shook‘s catalog expands and continues to impress these music nerds, aside form him being one super-nice person. Knifight is embracing the dancier edge of their sound. Orthy has a couple new band-members and some new material that has Ian real excited for the future. Sounds Del Mar had me on stage for a bit and then kicked me off. Yay.
