Upbeat Indiepop from Sad Flags

I actually don’t know too much about Sad Flags, but was graciously passed on this delightful track by a friend. It’s a bouncing indiepop tune with a slight shade of heavier guitar lurking in between verses, adding an overall different vibe than you might get from other like-minded acts. Of course, you have to have your vocals spot on to pull off the best of indiepop, and I think the job here is done quite well. They’ve got a full length titled Book of Sand on its way soon, so expect more fawning from me in the near future.
