Hell yeah Emo’s, it looks like you’re getting back in this game of booking top indie bands and we couldn’t be more excited. Seriously, doesn’t it feel like the venue has made a huge jump in their bookings over the past few months after a short lapse? Regardless of what you think, the venue has a great lineup of buzz worthy bands for cheap cheap cheap on Wednesday night. The bill is headlined by Annuals with Most Serene Republic and What Laura Says rounding out the solid night’s event. Oh and it’s inside so that’s cool.

New Music From Annuals

North Carolina band Annuals are returning with a bit of new material in 2010. Next month, the band is about to release new EP Sweet Sister and we have first single from that one, “Loxtep”, below. Sounds a lot like the pop goodness we’ve come to expect from these guys. (via the Gum)

SXSW Watchlist: Annuals

Annuals is a band that is no stranger to coverage on our little website. We saw them during Fun Fest, have covered some of their other live work, and even had the chance to catch them in town a month ago. The band will be returning to town during SXSW and they are not an act you would want to miss out on. One of our favorite up and coming bands, Annuals, are making a stop in our little town at The Parish on Friday night. The band will be joined by other artists Jessica Lea Mayfield and What Laura Says. Tickets for the show can be had for $12 with doors opening at 8pm.

Annuals On The Interface
