Interesting New Track From Samuel Cooper

Mr. Samuel Cooper is a man who has become well known for his work in the indie-pop group Sunglasses. New is hitting the streets today that the man is going solo for a spell and already has a full album of material ready for our ears. Previewing that new material is this delightful new tune called “Treehouse”. I love the bright and sunny feel you get from the song and can’t help but smile throughout. Enjoy.

New Electro Pop From Brothertiger

Electro Pop music seems to be exploding on this site right now so I’ll continue the trend with this new jam from ATH favorite Brothertiger. The song is called “In Mind” and will appear on new album Future Splendors dropping September 24th on Mush Records. We’ll be looking forward to that one.

Poppy New Jam from Brothertiger

In what has been a banner year for Brothertiger and its label, Mush Records; the two have teamed up to offer up a new single, filled with remixes for your late night holiday parties with friends. This new single has remixes by Digits and Germany Germany, with the label offering it all up for free just by visiting their site. New Heartfelt Tune From Steffaloo

This subdued little number “Cant You See” from singer/songwriter Steffaloo has been getting me through a lazy Sunday so I thought I’d share it with you on today. It’s a quiet song that’s going to take some repeated listens for you to really appreciate it, but I’m sure after a few spins you’ll pick up on the beauty it creates just as I have.

A new album from Steffaloo entitled Would You Stay is coming out tomorrow on Mush Records.

Killer Tune from Sunglasses

A few years back, I remember that everyone was hyped up on Brooklyn’s Sunglasses, and deservedly so. But, since their self-titled EP, they’ve sort of gone missing, sadly. However, the group is gearing up to release their first full-length, Wildlife, on November 13th via Mush Records. This lead single is really busy, but I think they know what they’re doing, layering extensive sound collages/handclaps atop the song’s inner hook. It’s definitely in the sphere of poppy art-collage, but while this song is busy, I think it also demonstrates a finesse and control you don’t see from similar acts.
