Blues Laywer Drop Video for Someone Else
How can you listen to a Blues Lawyer song like “Someone Else” and skip by? Drums and guitars and vocals all drop in simultaneously, immediately bringing in a rush of enjoyment to your ears. There’s something in this tune that feels like a classic 90s alt rock jam, offering up a warm melody with the faintest grit from guitar distortion ringing beneath the surface. But, for me, the selling point comes in the brief rhythm switch from the drums right at the 1:50 mark, setting up this mantra that explodes into this joyous bit of power pop to close the tune.
