Your friendly ATH crew has been booking all sorts of Vinyl DJ nights around town recently and Oddwood Brewing on the East Side has turned into one of our favorite spots to spin. This Thursday the crew will once again be set up at the brewery with all kinds of fire and heat emanating from the speakers. And as you know, our team plays only vinyl with no need for fancy streaming platforms. Sets by @nathanlankford, @photobriangray, and @djrayray_ath. Kicking off at 5pm and going till they tell us to leave (8 or 9ish).

While you enjoy the tunes and a cold one, you can also shop the new record and clothing stock from @DJRayRay_ath. Come on by and make a night of it.

Thursday Show Spotlight: Lochness Mobsters vs LVL Up

Thursday means the weekend is almost here, which means your body can handle hitting up a show, grabbing a drink and testing your body’s limits to get up for work on Friday. So…here’s two shows that I definitely feel should be on your radar this evening: Lochness Mobsters tour kick off and LVL Up, Whirr. I’m going to hit up both of these gigs…but here’s a little info to help you pick. Lochness Mobsters are the late-night stars, closing out over at Hotel Vegas. Taking off Friday? Spend your evening with us over here rocking the only way we know how. Looking for an early show with a traveling band? The line-up at Mohawk with Whirr, LVL Up, Basement is killer, but doors are at 6:30, so you can get your rock on, and still make it home in time to sleep off a few Lone Stars.
