While hiding in the South East of London, Pedro Caetano Leite began forming his group of global players to back his project Lucidalabrador. You’ll hear bits of traditional down-tempo pop during the opening minute or two, but then there’s a left turn. It almost sounds as if the band’s employing a synthesize sitar with a high-pitched vocal soaring as the song settles.
