More New Music from Winged Wheel

Not too long ago we were discussing the meditative nature of the first single on the new Winged Wheel LP, but as one would expect from a group of well-seasoned songwriters, their latest track ventures off on a different path. This single almost feels like a lost transmission, with the vocals distant in their presentation; they carefully tip-toe around each little bent guitar line. Careful ears will find a bobbing little bass line maneuvering beneath, holding the tune together as the transmission reverberates in your listening space, all before crashing into each other and fading out in proper fashion. Their new LP, Desert So Green, will be out on January 9th via 12XU Records.
