I don’t know what it is about this particular track from Goodman, but I really encourage you to spend a little bit of time listening to the track. It opens with a seemingly folk leaning, guitars wrapping around one another while there’s a slight warble to the vocal delivery. I dug it, but it wasn’t until the joyous explosion around the 1.5 minute mark that the song really took its hold on me, which I have a feeling will come to you too, should you choose to venture that far. There’s something carefree in the way it all comes together at this moment, allowing you to let everything else around fall to the wayside. He’ll be releasing his latest effort, The Vicissitudes on February 3rd via Invertebrate.

Mesmerizing Number From Goodman

Brooklyn based Goodman put out a majorly overlooked LP in February called Isn’t it Sad. Today we’re pumped to be sharing with you the first new material since that release in the form of this brand new single “I Would Die”. I’ll be honest here, I’m loving this track today and have likely listened to it 5 times in the last few hours. It’s such a simple song that can seemingly evoke a multitude of emotions in the subtle delivery. Melt.

Goodman has another new single called “Never” available for stream over on soundcloud.

Great New Pop Track From Goodman

A few years ago I happened upon a new artist by the name of Goodman, and immediately got on board with the sounds being created. Today I’m happy to share with you a new tune called “Longing” that has been hard for me to not hit repeat on all day. It’s a fairly simple pop number that gets down to catchiness at it’s core. I really can’t resist sounds this fun.

More New Music From Goodman

Back in February, I found myself taking a major liking to the musical stylings created by young NYC resident Michael Goodman and his project known simply as Goodman. Today Michael has just sent over his latest single “Like What They Like” for us to share with you fans. The track is yet another beautiful up beat pop tune that shows a lot of promise for the future of this young artist. Hope you enjoy.

New Catchy Pop Tune From Goodman

I’ve really taken a liking to this new tuneage sent my way from a young chap based out of NYC going by the name Michael Goodman. Now Goodman does the primary songwriting for his group, but he had help from a few of his friends when recording his brand new album What We Want. What I notice when listening to the song below, “Night Person”, is an immediate old school doo wop sound that might be best compared to someone like Buddy Holly. Sure that may be a bit bold, but I think the tunes can speak for themselves. The new album I just mentioned is actually streaming for free over on the Goodman soundcloud page.
