One More Wombo Track

The newest LP from Wombo is going to be out this week, and based on my coverage up until now, you can clearly tell I’m digging what they’re putting down. Yesterday, they gave us one final sneak peek into Danger in Fives, and it’s another track that shows them toying with various musical constructs to build this flowing pop masterpiece. In a sense, they have this same artistic approach as early Deerhoof, kind of jagged and off-kilter, but it’s magically tied together to sound like the world of music was meant to sound that way.
