We’re in the throes of “SXSW,” and I know, that’s a hard pill for folks to swallow. But, some bands were unable to back out in protest, so we’re here to point you towards one of those acts, Corridor, who recently have signed up with Sub Pop for their new LP, Mimi. Get to know the band below, and if you’re in Austin, they play at the Music for Listeners party today!
People, it’s the last business day before SXSW kicks off this weekend and into next week. We will be shutting this ‘ol site down while we are out finding the next big thing so this will be some of our last coverage. This week is the week! Hoping that I’ll be able to catch Pachyman this week, as I’ve been super jamming to his latest LP, Switched-On. It’s a collection of Latin influenced dub, with hints of indie and psychedelic grooves…and to be honest, a sound that’s probably more obscure than it deserves to be. So, we reached out, caught up…and here we go!
As you can see, we are frantically try to hit with you as much Levitation coverage as we can before things kick off on Thursday.
