Mt. Fog Share Drifting Video
Hopefully you’ve already encountered “Drifting,” one of the first singles to arrive from the forthcoming Mt. Fog LP. If not, well, let us remind you of the tune as we now have an accompanying video to let you play in the world created by Carolyn B. The song itself operates upon this primal bounce, snapping and pulsing, letting Carolyn’s distinctive vocals cast their spell upon the listener. Personally, I’m drawn to the line of “pick up pieces every day,” as we should all strive to learn something new, pick something up, each day. Visually, you find the band careening through the wilderness, embracing the band’s artistic origins; you can seem them gathering and constructing, ultimately transforming one another, which resonates with the record’s themes of metamorphosis.
