RayRay’s Top Songs 2025
Much like Nathan, I feel like our days in the blogging world are numbered as we continue to see others in the game either falter, put up gaudy pay walls, or liter their sites with intrusive ads. We’ve said it before, this is all just a labor of love for us, and maybe this is why we can press on when others end or drastically change – it’s all just fun for us, our livelihoods don’t depend on it. So we’re gonna press on and keep doing this thing until it starts feeling like real work, and we hope you’ll continue to stick with us and maybe, just maybe enjoy our rambling. And yeah, year end lists are cliche and silly, but a song playlist is enjoyable for me (see keeping the joy is important). I’ve loved diving into playlists from folks I trust, and hopefully you will enjoy my attempt at trimming my favorites down to 100. Well, we did it folks. We made it through another year. Your ATH crew was busy as ever, posting well over 1,000 songs this year(!!!), sharing album reviews, and covering local events throughout Austin. As we wrap our 
I don’t know if you guys noticed, but RayRay got a new gig, so he’s had tons more time to get some sweet jams up! It’s great, as we definitely have some crossover, but also our own styles, so our playlists are probably much more diverse! I mean, just last week he premiered new Mother Sun and Peter Matthew Bauer, while I was rocking the heck out of Almond Joy and The Smashing Times. I mean, there’s no winner, but you! We also were able to get some old friends on the pages with Why Bonnie and Cam Bina! So, happy Monday to us all!
